FABRIC & DESIGN
The merchandising team at BBT is constantly developing new fabrics and styles. The range of fabrics include organic cottons, and 100% combed cotton and blends and in different washes. BBT can offer blank tees and can also offer wide variety of screen prints & embroideries/ appliqués . It can supply blank tee and also full packaged programmes.

PRODUCTION
The production facilities are offshore in INDIA, and offer vertically integrated services to facilitate all the processes involved in garment manufacture in-house. The company has invested in the latest state of the art machinery in fabric cutting, fusing, sewing, finishing & packing, resulting in better quality & higher efficiency in productivity. All this leads to lower cost of production, a benefit that is passed on to customers.

KNITTING & PROCESSING
Latest knitting machines are used to fabricate fine counts of 34s and 40s jersey, pique, honeycomb, auto stripers, interlock, rib, fleece, French terry & jacquard fabrics.

The greige fabrics are processed in the latest imported soft flow dyeing machines with advance controllers for process automation & computerized data color kitchen for consistency in shades. Use of latest technology ensures fabric is AZO free & passes OKO-TEX testing standards.

Pigment, reactive, plastisol & discharge prints are done on fully automatic Rotary & MHM chest print machines.

The latest relax driers, compacting & heat setting machines ensures dimensional stability, crease free & soft handle to fabrics.
