Minimum Order
Five cases
Shipping
Prices quoted ex-warehouse, Los Angeles. All shipping costs to customer
are on customer’s account. Reorders will not be shipped until account us
current.
Terms
Pre-payment or C.O.D.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice. Billed prices are those
in effect at time of signed purchase order.
New Accounts
Minimum opening order is five cases. Orders will be shipped immediately
with either prepayment or C.O.D. orders.
Backorders
In the event of backorders, we will do everything possible to meet the
needs of the customer. Backorders will be shipped as soon as available
unless the customer instructs us otherwise.
Cancellations
Cancellations must be received by Beyond Basics Tees, Inc. in writing at
least fourteen (14) days prior to ship date. All late cancellations are
subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Claims
All merchandise is shipped NON-RETURNABLE; unauthorized returns will be
refused. Returns are accepted for mis-shipments and damaged items, other
than damaged caused by carrier. (Please file claims for goods damaged in
transit against carrier.) Request for return authorization must be made
within ten (10) days of receipt of merchandise.
